Additionally, for children to qualify and families to be involved in the wraparound process, please note page #3 – where the GAF (Global Assessment of Functioning Scale)score must be 50 or below.
Wraparound is for those children experiencing complex serious emotional disturbance, severe behavioral problems and are at risk of being placed outside their homes. The assessment must be provided for the family and child to quality.
