Definition of Family Advocate
Simply stated an advocate is one who speaks on behalf of another. A person who pleads for a cause to support another person who may not be able to represent themselves in a given situation. They have the ability to speak or write in support of something or someone else. They argue for the family and empower the family by provided education about a system.
